As an Asset Operations Engineer, you are a technical operations and incident specialist responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management, and system troubleshooting of our asset portfolio. You ensure operational stability, SLA compliance, and a fast response, making you the heart of the business and a driving force in Soltech's development journey.

Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring optimal and stable operation of Soltech customers' solar and battery plants through proactive monitoring, rapid incident management, and systematic troubleshooting. You are the second line of technical support and an important link between the plants, field technicians, and customers.
- Monitor solar and battery plants (PV, BESS) via SCADA systems.
- Identify deviations and assess impact on availability and revenue.
- Handle alarms, prioritize, and perform system-level troubleshooting.
- Initiate work orders to field technicians when necessary.
- Perform remote actions and parameter adjustments within a given mandate.
- Document incidents and analyses for traceability and evaluation.
- Communicate incident status and action plans to customers in a professional manner.
We are looking for you who
- Have a university or civil engineering education in renewable energy, electrical engineering, automation, or similar. Alternatively, equivalent work experience.
- Have good knowledge of the operation of energy assets or industrial systems.
- Have a good understanding of technical flows and system integration.
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English as it is required in dialogue with customers.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in customer support.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting in energy systems as well as structured incident management and system fault diagnostics.
- Advanced competence in SCADA-based monitoring and interpretation.
- Advanced understanding of PV and BESS systems as well as electrical systems, communication protocols, and battery metrics.
